    Innovation and Sustainability

The NET ZERO Multipurpose Module project represents a revolutionary advance in the construction industry, aimed at combating climate change by reducing the carbon footprint. Developed by INVES in collaboration with CTEC and the Construye ZERO Program initiative, this project focuses on significantly reducing the kilograms of CO2 emitted into the atmosphere during the useful life of buildings.

    Reducing the CO2 environmental footprint

One of the main features of the NET ZERO Multipurpose Module is its commitment to sustainability. To achieve this goal, construction materials with a low carbon footprint have been carefully selected. In addition, innovative practices have been integrated such as the use of BIM (Building Information Modeling) and BEM (Building Energy Modeling), tools that allow optimizing the design and energy efficiency of buildings from their initial phases.

    Materiality and Process

At the heart of our sustainable approach is the use of low environmental impact materials, including renewable pine wood and sustainably sourced sheep wool. In addition, we have collaborated with Timberecco to incorporate innovative recycled materials, demonstrating our commitment to reducing waste and promoting the circular economy.
    Energy efficiency and scalability

    Energy efficiency and scalability

The design of this module also incorporates autonomous energy systems that take advantage of renewable energy sources. This approach guarantees not only a reduction in greenhouse gas emissions, but also significant energy independence. The modularity and scalability of the construction also offer unique versatility, allowing it to be adapted to various needs and contexts, demonstrating our commitment to reducing waste and promoting the circular economy.

    Vanguard in Sustainability

The NET ZERO Multipurpose Module is not only a world pioneer for its focus on carbon neutrality, but also stands out as the first of its kind in Latin America. This achievement not only demonstrates INVES' commitment to innovation and sustainability, but also sets an important precedent in the global effort to build a greener future.
