TRANSPORT, LOADING/UNLOADING
The unloading maneuver at the delivery point must be carried out at the side of the truck with a maximum distance of 1 meter. The unloading time is estimated at 50 minutes. Any additional time will be charged at an additional hourly rate of $50,000 + VAT. If the truck cannot enter or travel on roads due to adverse terrain conditions and cannot unload, the transport value will be charged as False Freight.
GENERAL INFORMATION
1. The modules are new units.
2. Maritime containers are used units, in good condition for their final function.
3. Availability according to stock.
4. The quote is valid for 48 hours from the moment it is delivered to the client.
5. No product will leave the Inves, Espacio Modular facilities unless it has been paid in full.
6. The manufacturing time for warehouses, office modules, and modular bathrooms up to 20 feet is 30 to 35 business days. This period may be extended due to the pandemic.
7. The manufacturing time for special projects, such as; Loft containers, modular cabins, etc., will have a term that will be agreed upon before the closing of the business, which will be evaluated with the workshop and depends on the demand of the same. Term will be stipulated in the quote.
8. Our products have a 90-day warranty. The after-sales service considers material defects and not misuse and lack of maintenance.
9. Once informed that the product is ready to be shipped or collected, the customer must make the full payment within 72 hours of the date of the information.
10. Inves' facilities are NOT for storing products that have already been sold. If, at the date of the information that your product is "ok", it is not collected, $20,000 + VAT pesos per day will be charged for storage.
11. Products in stock are available immediately and must be dispatched within one week.
12. Once the entire amount of the product has been paid for, the company has 72 hours to coordinate the transfer of the product and give the client a delivery date. No fixed times are given for the transfer. If the client is not at the location, it will be considered false freight, which will be billed at the client's expense.
13. The client must consider and provide correct information to sales to coordinate the dispatch, requirements such as a minimum gate of 5 meters, free height of 4.5 meters, electrical wiring, trees, leveled and compacted ground for trucks, access free of obstacles, if the dispatch conditions prevent operation, it will be false freight, which will be billed at the client's cost.
14. Customers must report product withdrawals at least 48 hours in advance, indicating the details of the truck and driver who is making the withdrawal. The withdrawal hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
15. Cash is not accepted due to Covid protocol and the security protocol of our officials.
16. Payments made through the TRANSBANK and GETNET systems are accepted with a 3% surcharge + VAT. (Credit and Debit Cards)
